There's a new billionaire in town, and he goes by the name, "King James."
According to Forbes, LeBron James is the first active NBA player to become a billionaire. This milestone makes the 37-year-old player's nickname, King James, all the more fitting.
The Los Angeles Lakers star is also only one of two basketball players to reach $1 billion in net worth. The Chicago Bulls NBA legend, Michael Jordan, has also been reported by Forbes to have achieved the same milestone by in 2014.
